We take the same personalised approach to each and every orthotic device we manufacture, from initial design through to delivery. Using the latest in orthotic design software, imaging tools and precision cutting & shaping equipment, we manufacture truly custom made orthotics.

Tailored to your prescription

We don’t use a library system or ‘best fit’ method that relies on arbitrary measurements and generic templates. All physical media such as casts, foam box impressions and digital scans are aligned exactly according to your prescription in a meticulous design and modelling process.

Quality at every stage

Starting with a precision 3D model of the patient’s foot, we create a fully custom impression. Then, our podiatrists use highly accurate CNC technology with fractional tolerances to generate the exact shape that the prescribing podiatrist has provided onto their material of choice.

As podiatrists ourselves, we use savvy clinical judgement when we apply modifications and top cover materials, resulting in a high quality, true-to-prescription device.

Continuous improvement

With a strong focus on learning and development, we support podiatry students with cadetships and mentoring, helping to nurture the next generation of podiatrists to practice their craft with precision, care and attention.

Plus, we regularly invite the industry to visit our lab for face to face training. These specialised sessions take a deep dive into the process of manufacturing custom made orthotics, giving you a unique insight into our handcrafted devices.
